General & Return Policy

Hi, Thank you so much for supporting my mission and loving my art. Here are a few things you might want to know before your order!

  1. All original art works are ‘Non-refundable, Non-cancellable’.

    - Each and every piece I make is special and it has its own purpose. If it is returned, it loses its meaning. So please keep it in your mind!

    -In the case of broken items during shipping, ‘exchange’ is available with a picture or video submitted via email within 10 days of receiving date.

  2. Commission policy

    -30% commission fee (Included in the price) comes with - keeping updated at each stage, customized colors/patterns, 1 chance to change the theme of the painting before the painting process begins.

    -After making a payment, it is not cancellable nor refundable but if with commission, you get 1 chance of changing the theme of the painting only if the painting process did not begin yet. If there is a defective part that needs fixing after delivery , you have 10 days to submit the request via email to get it fixed without extra cost with a picture under certain circumstances. After that you still get lifelong ‘after care service’ but you will be charged for possible trips, shipping or service.

    -Portrait commissions- The images of paintings will be shared on social media and new letter etc for a promotional reason and by making a request, you agree to this.

    -Only ‘Colorfreak People series’ comes with ‘Life-time care’. Otherwise there will be an additional fee for cares.(Repairing, fixing, restoring etc..)

  3. Pricing

    -Prices vary depending on the time, detail, colors, theme, sizes. Even though it is the same size, depending on the other factors, the prices vary. (Ex. 20x30 landscape and 20x30 portrait has a pricing difference because portrait takes more attention, time and detailing. )

  4. There are limited spots! - Creating commission works take a lot of emotional efforts. Hence, the spots are limited and Please make a commission request and wait for my phone call and we will decide weather it is a good fit for you and me!

  5. My paintings can not be in the market for ‘re selling’ or ‘trading’, unless there is a written agreement directly from me. (Jina Kim/Colorfreakjina)

  6. Only I (Jina Kim/ColorfreakJina) has a copyright to all my art works. Buying my painting is NOT buying the copyright. And the images of paintings can not be used for commercial purposes unless there is a written agreement directly from me.

  7. Portait painting-Portrait paintings will be shared on ColorfreakJina.com and her social media or ads for a promotional reason. Please keep it in mind!
